You don’t spin at all, the camera does.

We will need a ten foot by ten foot (10’x10’) space for each 360 Spinner in your order. That means we would need twenty feet by ten feet (20’x10’) of space for two 360 Spinners.

There are two stages of payment with the possibility for a third. The first stage is the 40% deposit to initially book our services and have your date locked in. The second stage happens 48 hours before your event in which you will be charged the remaining amount automatically, this can be paid earlier by you. The possible third stage would only happen if you request more time during your event or last minute upgrades to your experience, these will normally be paid in person.

Yes, we do. Give us a call before you book and tell us you’d like to pay in cash.
From time to time, yes! Please head over to our social media to see if we currently have a promotion running! We constantly have an hourly offer for bookings in a Pueblo zip code. Please contact us with your budget so we can put a package together for you!

Right now we are only servicing the state of Colorado, with no additional fees. If you’d like to book us in a different state please contact us for out of state pricing.

Yes, we can. We use a solar-charged power station at all of our events to be able to set up in almost any location, as long as we have 10’x10’ of space for every 360 Spinner and a relatively level area to set up in.

As long as you cancel your event one calendar week, 7 days, before your event you can receive a full refund on your deposit. If you cancel within 7 days to 48 hours before your event you will only receive a partial refund, 50%, of your deposit. Any cancellations made inside of 48 hours before your event will not be refunded. Please contact us if you’d like to reschedule.

It depends on the amount of equipment in the order but, normally 45 minutes to an hour.

If this is the case, please let us know ahead of time. If you’d like to switch to a cash payment for your remaining balance, please contact us ahead of the 48 hour cutoff. We will do our best to accommodate these situations but only if we are contacted with enough time to do so.

Yes, and under normal circumstances this would come with a full refund of any money paid. However, any cancellations due to the mistreatment of our workers (sexual harassment, hate speech, physical violence, etc) will not be refunded.

Both available 360 Spinners are 35 inches in diameter and can hold up to four people or 800 pounds.
